User Agreement governing your use of 99rk platform and services
By accessing or using the 99rk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 99rk.

Use of the 99rk platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements designed to ensure legal compliance and responsible gaming practices:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. 99rk operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and funds forfeited.
The 99rk platform is designed primarily for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. You acknowledge that Indonesia's legal framework regarding online gambling remains subject to interpretation, and you assume full responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your location.
You confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not under any legal disability, conservatorship, or guardianship that would prevent you from entering into this agreement. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from using 99rk services: individuals listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by gambling regulatory authorities; employees, contractors, or affiliates of 99rk and their immediate family members; individuals residing in jurisdictions where 99rk operations are explicitly prohibited; persons with prior accounts closed for breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
To access betting services on 99rk, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). All information provided during registration must match official government-issued identification documents.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with 99rk. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 99rk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you provide formal notification of unauthorized access to our customer support team.
99rk is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license); proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence); proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number). Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
99rk accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer through Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and select other Indonesian financial institutions. We also support e-wallet transfers including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah), subject to daily and monthly limits as determined by your VIP tier and payment method. We reserve the right to adjust deposit limits at our discretion for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
Deposits via local bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00-16:00 WIB Monday-Friday) are processed instantly and credited to your Account within five (5) minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. E-wallet deposits are typically instant regardless of time.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your 99rk Account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal conduct. Payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit funds from payment methods not registered in your name will result in transaction reversal and potential Account closure.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures, your Account must have positive balance excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, and you must have completed any mandatory identity verification requested by 99rk.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard members and within twelve (12) hours for VIP Gold tier and above. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and bank processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within 24-48 hours after approval. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze/Silver members Rp 20,000,000; Gold members Rp 50,000,000; Platinum members Rp 100,000,000; Diamond members Rp 200,000,000 or higher upon request.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. This anti-money-laundering policy requires that funds be returned through the original deposit channel. If the original payment method is unavailable, you may request alternative withdrawal arrangements subject to additional verification.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible 99rk members at the sole discretion of management. We reserve the right to exclude any User from promotional offers if we suspect bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of bonus terms. Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or bonus-plus-deposit must be wagered before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 50%.
Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage; coordinated betting with other Users to guarantee profit; arbitrage betting across different platforms; betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. 99rk reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.
All sports bets are subject to acceptance by 99rk. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet confirmation number is issued, the wager is binding and cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn except as provided in these Terms.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. Settlement times vary by sport and event. Most bets settle within hours of event conclusion. For Indonesian football matches including BRI Liga 1 fixtures featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United, official league results are used for settlement. International fixtures including English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA competitions settle based on governing body determinations.
Live betting allows wagering on events in progress. Odds and available markets update in real-time. Due to transmission delays and rapid market movements, there may be brief periods where bets are not accepted. Bets placed during blackout periods or after a relevant event has occurred may be voided at our discretion.
All casino games, slots, and digital lottery draws (togel markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau draws) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies.
In the event of game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, all affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded. We are not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions in service provision beyond our reasonable control.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, 99rk does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99rk's total aggregate liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or secure from unauthorized access.
All content on the 99rk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of 99rk or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 99rk.
Your use of the 99rk Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. You must withdraw any remaining balance before Account closure. Any active bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated any applicable law, or for any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
If you have any dispute, claim, or controversy with 99rk, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within fourteen (14) days of notification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent arbitration forums as specified in your Account registration jurisdiction.
99rk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification or prominent Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 99rk regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
